Terry Withers (UCB Theatre, Baltimore Improv Group) and Doug Melville (Chief Diversity Officer, TBWA) tackle workplace diversity, inclusion and bias elimination using basic improv comedy exercises to explore key concepts related to Diversity & Inclusion. Doug leads thoughtful discussion on the implications of the exercises while Terry keeps the workshop clicking along with light and fun improv games everyone will love!
